2008 Playoff Race | Western Conference Edition
Kobe & Randolph are a very nice duo, but sadly they will no longer be working together since the Lakers and Rockets recent trade. It will be interesting in LA with no Randolph from here on out.
San Antonio's big 3 have been playing great as suspected, and a nice 6th man in Maurice Williams. This team could be well on their way to another championship.
We Believe....In the King! Golden State has 3 nice players and a solid PG, its not the best but its been working for the Warriors all season long and they hope it continues in the playoffs.
After a recent change of coaches Utah has been playing like they should have been playing from the beginning. And looks like they will continue to climb the ranks until we reach the playoffs.
Houston has slowed down recently but after acquiring Zach Randolph to tag-team with Yao this team is now a bona fide championship contender.
This nice foreign team that knows how to score. But their only defensive player being Andrei Kirilenko they don't seem to be going far in the playoffs, if they can hold their ground and make it that far.
How far the great have fallen, Phoenix was supposed to be in the finals this year but they are now fighting for a spot in the playoffs. Maybe if they can pull off a deal or two before the deadline that might put them over the top/
This team has the potential to win a title, but they lost Jason Kidd very early to a long injury. And they have been playing great without a PG so far and with Kidd coming back next game as long as they can stay healthy, they should be able to play very well in the playoffs.
Utter dissapointment in Denver, not much else to say except for they should be on top of the West right now.
Portland has a nice young squad that can do something in the future, but for now the playoffs are just hopes & dreams.
Great start, bad everything else. They had a chance until they lost Conley now its just out of reach.
Can't score much and can't defend either, thats a horrible combination.
They have a excuse, their rebuilding.
Genius quote from the Eastern Edition "No way, No how."
